The telephone numbers of our unit, which has been established to meet your requests for documents related to your accounts, to meet the requests for examination of the blocked records in your account, and to investigate all kinds of information and document requests from official institutions and organizations, are listed below.

For payment requests related to blocked deposits, the account holder must apply to our Central Branch by attaching a copy of his/her identity card to a petition. If the blockage investigation is concluded and a payment decision is made, the account holder will be able to transfer his/her deposit by sending the payment instruction together with the letter of commitment, residence, notarized signature declaration.
